Media Experience : Radio Documentary, Television, Web Design, Mobile media development, Multimedia production, Social media strategy,

Bio : It\'s Megan (rhymes with vegan) and I have a lotta experience in the communications and technology industry.

My varied professional experiences includes time spent as a marketing consultant, freelance writer and a four-year stint as a member of a improvisational comedy troupe. I also made a spectacularly unsuccessful bid for public radio fame with my audition for NPR Talent Quest. I founded and ran a tech business for a while, where I mostly wrote proposals, contracts and whitepapers, but I started by freelancing for The Commercial Appeal, writing and recording short audio vignettes and occasionally popping up on WEVL in Memphis, TN.

I co-produced the one-hour radio documentary \"Shake it - a modern Polaroid love story\" with Vanessa Lowe. I designed the site for the doc in scollkit, which is a platform I was sad to see go away.

Now I consult with foundations, non-profits and startups as well as producers, assisting with digital strategy, business development & commerce along with a lot of technical stuff. I enjoy open mic at PorchlightSF occassionally and even won the hot nut prize...
